Leadership & Organizational Development Divisional Manager

Location: TRIM Central Offices | Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua

Mission: Drive business success by developing and implementing effective training systems, people development infrastructure, and retention plans to enhance Lear's competitive advantage. Foster a culture of excellence within all operating environments, promoting 'Together We Win' and 'Get Results the Right Way.'

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the new Employee Experience Model and certify pilot plants.
  • Nominate at least 3 plants in E-Systems as Champions of Lear in the TWW category.
  • Develop and launch new Leadership programs, including LRCs, Winning the Lear Way Model, Coaching conversations, Evolution of CALE 2.0, and TRP.
  • Ensure zero major NC in IATF external Audit.
  • Launch a new Salary employee onboarding program.
  • Implement HR initiatives and projects.
  • Upgrade training centers in E-SYSTEMS.
  • Drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.
  • Implement a new Leadership Review Process.
  • Launch the Plant Manager Academy.
  • Evolve the LLM to the Winning the Lear Way Model.
  • Launch the Technical School project.
  • Standardize training routes sheets for key salary positions.
  • Maintain relationships with top University agreements for internal talent development.
  • Support continues improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with HRBP's on special programs, such as Labor Relations Academy, Team leaders' development, and general HR programs.
  • Talent Management - Lear's Competitive Advantage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within the manufacturing environment.
  • Automotive experience preferred.
  • Multisite Experience.
  • ISO-14001, IATF16949/ISO9001.
  • Strategic Planning.
  • Succession Planning.
  • Leadership, negotiation, problem solving, innovative, organized.
  • Willing to travel.
  • English advanced.
