Leadership & Organizational Development Divisional Manager

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership & Organizational Development Divisional Manager to join our team at Lear Corporation. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for driving business results through effective leadership development, organizational design, and talent management initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve leadership capabilities and organizational performance
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance leadership skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop succession plans
- Implement and maintain HR systems and processes to support business objectives
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees at all levels
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to inform HR initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and external partners
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within the manufacturing environment
- Automotive experience preferred
- Multisite experience
- ISO-14001, IATF16949/ISO9001 certifications
- Strategic planning, succession planning, leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, innovative, organized
- Willing to travel
- English advanced
