**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership & Organizational Development Divisional Manager to join our team at Lear Corporation. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for driving business results through effective leadership development, organizational design, and talent management initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve leadership capabilities and organizational performance
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance leadership skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop succession plans
  • Implement and maintain HR systems and processes to support business objectives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees at all levels
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to inform HR initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and external partners

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within the manufacturing environment
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Multisite experience
  • ISO-14001, IATF16949/ISO9001 certifications
  • Strategic planning, succession planning, leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, innovative, organized
  • Willing to travel
  • English advanced
