**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a SaaS Platform Implementation Specialist. As a key member of our implementation team, you will work directly with home inspection companies to set up ISN user accounts, configure SaaS implementation, and provide exceptional support and training to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work directly with home inspection companies to set up ISN user accounts and configure SaaS implementation.
  • Provide first-class support, customer service, and instruction to a diverse user base with varying levels of technical ability and familiarity with our system.
  • Perform outreach, as needed, for sales initiatives.
  • Work closely with the training and sales team to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**

  • Compassionate, patient, and comfortable directing the pace and direction of conversations.
  • Very comfortable with technology and have knowledge of Gmail, G Suite, Zoom, and chat systems like Slack or Skype.
  • Excellent typing skills ( > 50 wpm).
  • Able to access a quiet working environment and a high-speed internet connection as you will be on the phone/video calls frequently.
  • A self-starter and comfortable working on a team as well as on your own.
  • Customer-obsessed and care deeply about solving problems and delighting clients.
  • A quick learner.
  • A team player.
  • Organized and efficient, with attention to detail and follow-through on commitments.
