Job Summary

The role of Client Service Specialist Global Payment Solutions is responsible for delivering post-sales support to Global Banking and Markets (GBM) and Commercial Banking (CMB) clients, across a full range of Global Liquidity and Cash Management (GLCM) products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end client management process, providing a positive and professional onboarding/client experience for customers.
  • Use professional and technical expertise to provide credible observations and recommendations to colleagues.
  • Understand and describe which products and channels relate to specific customers.
  • Engage with colleagues across HSBC to ensure that all customer needs are met at the first point of contact.
  • Help to understand clients' needs in order to improve our offering to existing customers.
  • Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a risk-aware client management culture.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of global cash management.
  • Strong English communication skills due to multinational clients interaction.
  • Knowledge of day-to-day workings of a corporate treasury environment, foreign exchange, and payments.
  • Broad knowledge of HSBC Group companies and product ranges.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the HSBC Group's inter/intra clearing systems.
