About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Mexico. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share in the Mid Market segment. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and market share targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Mid Market segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry
  • Strong understanding of the Mid Market segment and its dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills
