We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our team at Mosaic Global. Key Skills- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (C2)
- Customer service and call handling experience
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain attention to detail
- Experience in sales (preferred)
We offer a competitive salary of $15,000 MXN a month (before taxes), a home office bonus of $800 MXN a month, and sales and quality bonuses. This is a fully remote position with Mexican Law Benefits.
Requirements- 2 years of customer service experience (desired)
- Advanced or native-level English language skills
This position requires employees to work 1 Saturday every other month. The work schedule includes Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm PST (30 minute lunch).
