We are a leading American company in the promotional products industry, specializing in the United States market.

Our main manufacturing facilities are located in Mexico, where we strive to expand our sales team.

Our product portfolio consists of 80% sublimated textiles (t-shirts, blankets, towels, hoodies, etc.) and 20% decorated durable items.

**The Position**

We are seeking highly motivated Business Development Executives to join our sales team. This role is focused on 100% sales, either managing existing accounts or identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and lead generation
  • Monitoring and managing customer relationships
  • Visits and customer meetings
  • Coordination and communication with internal teams

To succeed in this role, you will need to be proactive, results-driven, and have high expectations.

**Requirements**

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or project management
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances

**Responsibilities**

  • Monitor and manage customer contracts
  • Manage customer accounts and relationships
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions
  • Generate new business leads and opportunities
  • Prepare and submit sales reports

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $10,000 to $12,000 per month.

The working hours are 8 hours per day, with opportunities for bonuses and productivity incentives.
