Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through outbound calls and sales outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to discuss our services and identify new sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
