Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our team at Uber Freight. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth in the China market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the China market, including national accounts and mid-market companies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the China market, with a focus on nearshoring and manufacturing operations in Mexico.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the China market, including attending trade shows and events, and building relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to develop and execute sales campaigns and strategies.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals, with a focus on driving revenue growth in the China market.

Requirements

  • Fluent Chinese language skills, with native-level proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of Chinese culture and business practices.
  • Living in Mexico, with a preference for Monterrey or Mexico City.
  • Spanish and/or English language skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales and business development experience, with a focus on international markets.
  • Active network in China, with established relationships with key decision-makers.
