Senior Business Development Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our team at Uber Freight. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth in the China market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the China market, including national accounts and mid-market companies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the China market, with a focus on nearshoring and manufacturing operations in Mexico.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the China market, including attending trade shows and events, and building relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to develop and execute sales campaigns and strategies.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals, with a focus on driving revenue growth in the China market.
Requirements
- Fluent Chinese language skills, with native-level proficiency.
- Strong understanding of Chinese culture and business practices.
- Living in Mexico, with a preference for Monterrey or Mexico City.
- Spanish and/or English language skills.
- Minimum 3 years of sales and business development experience, with a focus on international markets.
- Active network in China, with established relationships with key decision-makers.
