As a Sales Intern at Click Labs, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients will be essential in delivering persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the value of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, enabling you to effectively position and differentiate our software solutions.
  • Develop customized proposals and solutions that meet clients' specific requirements, collaborating closely with the sales team and other departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to pricing guidelines and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize customer retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to effectively articulate the value of our software solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top college/university.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities to address customer needs and overcome objections.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using MS Office or similar productivity tools.
