Overview of the Position:

This role involves managing key accounts within the TD SYNNEX portfolio, concentrating on our most significant clients. The primary objective is to enhance revenue streams, profitability, and explore potential business avenues by fostering and nurturing face-to-face relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage partner relationships, including identifying growth opportunities and account strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by proactively engaging with key decision-makers through in-person meetings.
  • Create and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and meet current objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on additional business opportunities through strong customer relationships.
  • Lead the coordination of internal resources by building strong relationships with sales teams and specialist business units.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to identify project opportunities.
  • Collect customer insights to formulate effective approaches that address their needs and facilitate successful proposals.
  • Deliver value to clients while ensuring expected profit margins are maintained.
  • Recognize customer needs and issues, escalating them to the appropriate business units when necessary.
  • Analyze account data to gather insights and create actionable strategies to maximize opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of essential reporting and administration tasks within TD SYNNEX systems, including CRM.
  • Promote the use of TD SYNNEX's e-commerce platform by highlighting its advantages to customers.
  • Uphold and enhance customer Service Level Agreements.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of TD SYNNEX's operational practices and business goals to enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications:
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in account management or a related field.
