- Ensure accurate and timely completion of essential reporting and administration tasks within TD SYNNEX systems, including CRM.
- Promote the use of TD SYNNEX's e-commerce platform by highlighting its advantages to customers.
- Uphold and enhance customer Service Level Agreements.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of TD SYNNEX's operational practices and business goals to enhance customer engagement.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in account management or a related field.
