  • Establish trust and rapport with key decision-makers through regular face-to-face interactions.
  • Formulate and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and capitalize on existing opportunities.
  • Identify and leverage additional business prospects through strong customer engagement.
  • Lead the coordination of internal resources by building effective relationships with sales teams and specialist business units.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to pinpoint project opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze customer information to craft tailored proposals that meet their needs.
  • Deliver value to clients while ensuring profitability through a balanced product offering.
  • Recognize customer challenges and address them or escalate to the appropriate business units.
  • Analyze customer profiles to gather insights and maximize business opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of essential reporting and administration tasks within TD SYNNEX systems, including CRM.
  • Promote the use of TD SYNNEX's e-commerce platform by highlighting its advantages to customers.
  • Uphold and enhance customer Service Level Agreements.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of TD SYNNEX's operational practices and business goals to enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications:
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in account management or a related field.
