Senior Sales Strategist

At International Flavors & Fragrances Inc., we are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable profitable sales and market share growth by identifying customer needs and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Prepare account plans and report relevant market information
- Collaborate with internal departments to explore innovations and new concepts related to customer products and ongoing projects
- Liaise with Global/Regional/Category stakeholders on overall plan, strategy, and deliverables
- Defend and grow accounts while actively scouting for new customers
Requirements:
- Approximately 3-5 years of experience in sales, sales service, product development, or marketing preferably fragrance, cosmetics, FMCG, flavors, chemical, or ingredients industries
- Strong track record at a similar level with a passion to succeed in commercial
- Customer-centric with B2B management experience
- Analytical with the ability to deal with financial concepts/processes (pricing/margin/forecasting)
Salary Range:$80,000 - $120,000 per annum
