Overview

The Regional Sales and Operations Director will play a key role in the success of Hyatt Regency Merida by leading the efficient running of the department in line with our Corporate Strategies and brand standards. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all outlets operate successfully, meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

Responsibilities

This position oversees the overall sales strategy and operational performance of the restaurants and outlets. The successful candidate will have excellent business acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Leading the operational performance of the restaurants and outlets, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, with a minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Restaurant Manager in a larger operation. A competitive salary is offered, ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
