About the Role

You'll lead our Sales team by demonstrating how we serve as trusted advisors to our prospects. Guide your team through the entire buying process (initial evaluation to close), set bold yet achievable goals, and produce monthly forecasting reports to ensure target achievement.

Your Responsibilities
  • Become an expert in our evolving service offerings and understand their nuances.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of Boldr Economics, Impact, and the desire to shape the future for our belief that Talent is Everywhere but opportunity is not.
  • Proactively report on learnings and valuable feedback to the service team for continuous improvement.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Sales team, providing timely and accurate forecasts, and clear visibility into revenue performance.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands conversion rates on marketing leads.
Requirements

We're looking for a top performer in an inside/mid-market sales role with 4+ years of experience closing net new logos. You should have:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrable success as a sales representative (4+ yrs) and sales manager (1-2 yrs) consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • A strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Experience guiding Sales Team activity and reports in a customer relationship management software (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Openness to traveling up to 40% of the time to connect with clients and build our book of business.
  • An estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
