About the Role

C.H. Robinson is seeking a highly skilled sales professional to drive growth and success in our medium-sized segment. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting new customers, closing core and strategic business, and promoting our transportation solutions to improve efficiency and add value to our customers' supply chains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed net revenue goals
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions and support to customers
  • Stay informed of market conditions, industry trends, and customer needs to identify opportunities and articulate value
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of consultative sales experience; transportation industry experience a plus
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of the time; fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
