Mobility Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobility Growth Specialist to join our team at DiDi Global. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for driving growth in one of the fastest-growing companies in the world.
About the JobThis data-driven role requires a unique combination of user-centric thinking, analytical skills, and interpersonal ability. You will have the opportunity to work in a tight-knit team, launching, building, and running DiDi's business in Mexico and surrounding regions. Be prepared for a fast-paced environment with endless opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities- Design and implement initiatives to boost new user conversion, leveraging data to inform decision-making.
- Manage the design and execution of incentives, communications, and product developments necessary for new driver conversion, ensuring awareness and education among new users throughout their registration process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and prioritizing operations to deliver results while working closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Legal, City Operations, Product, etc.) and external vendors.
- Define and manage data dashboards to monitor national performance of driver conversion and vendor performance.
- Work across international markets, including Spanish-speaking Latin American countries.
- Currently studying Engineering, Computer Science, Actuary, or a related degree.
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) are essential; other database experience is highly desired, with comfort learning new software tools.
- Possess a passion for analytics and programming, with knowledge/experience in SQL (nice to have: Python, R, etc.).
- Demonstrate self-motivation, self-direction, and a willingness to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
- Show effective communication skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Able to balance and manage time effectively between school and work.
