We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our SAP CPIT CS CTG Unified Communication Technologies team as a Senior Unified Communications Technologies Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing worldwide collaboration and telephony services for SAP based on Microsoft Teams as a managed service.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement high-quality collaboration services to enhance the productivity of SAP employees
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft Teams enterprise operations and telephony services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues
- Provide expert-level support and training to end-users and agents
- Work with the design team to develop strategies that meet customer needs
- Monitor service quality and prepare service reports
- Minimum two years of experience in IT operations and managing services
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Positive attitude, sociable, and a team player with a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work without supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Strong analytical capabilities and process thinking
- Ability to work with carriers and service providers
- Microsoft Teams enterprise and telephony operations skills
- Proven ability to work in a virtual team environment
- Decision-making skills, including accountability and commitment
- Highly motivated, can-do attitude, and result-oriented
- Strong team player with experience working with virtual and international teams
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to accept additional responsibilities
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with enterprise collaboration technology, including Microsoft Teams and O365
