We're looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Overnight Customer Support Representative. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong interest in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

A Day in the Life
As an Overnight Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, answering complex questions on product functionality, and resolving issues efficiently. You'll work closely with our global customer base, adapting to their diverse needs and styles. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent service, ensuring that our customers finish each interaction with a smile and restored faith in OpenTable.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to our customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Know your limitations and when to ask for assistance, ensuring seamless problem-solving.
- Owning the resolution to the problem, don't leave the customer hanging.
- Accurately and efficiently log all contacts in our CRM (Salesforce).
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent social skills, with a bias towards customer service.
- Strong communication skills: active listening, writing/typing, informal communications.
- Restaurant/hospitality experience (or being a "foodie") is preferred.
- Familiarity with current Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems.
- Knowledge of iOS and Apple Hardware.
- The ability to speak both fluent English and Spanish, required for regular communication with our Spanish-speaking customers.
