We're seeking an experienced supervisor to lead our CX Assurance team, driving quality standards and customer satisfaction. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a team of CX Assurance Specialists, developing and implementing experience assurance policies and procedures, conducting quality audits, providing training, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

About the Role:
- Supervise a team of CX Assurance Specialists to ensure effective performance and adherence to quality standards
- Cultivate a collaborative and impactful team culture
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of the team to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with customer experience standards
- Develop, implement, and streamline team processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyze data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Provide training and guidance to team members on CX assurance standard methodologies, processes, and tools
About You:

- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are proficient in Excel and G-Suite
- You're strong in collaboration and relationship-building skills, with a forward-thinking demeanor and continuous improvement mentality
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
