We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for several critical tasks.

  • You will oversee the background check process for new joiners.
  • You will manage the onboarding process from new joiners and rebadges, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • You will create digital employee files with all basic requirements in place.
  • You will administer welcome kits for new joiners, including internal communications with leadership and supervisors.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Sending internal communications from new joiners to the company, including leadership and supervisors.
  • Caring for NHD and distributing information with Payroll and India, as well as activating new joiners to the company.
  • Caring about activation in the company, including salary as a key process.
  • Creating and following up on purchase orders from different internal services.
  • Supporting internal events inside the company and participating in the process.
  • Maintaining continuous communication with Hiring and Security to ensure processes are completed within timelines and KPIs.
  • Supporting ISAE audit processes, ensuring that documents are in order.
  • Caring for healthcare registration, life insurance, and medical excess for new joiners.

We seek a self-motivated individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle client interactions via email and phone.
  • Strategic thinking to conceptualize future environments and provide clear direction for long-term success.

Prior experience with Advanced Excel, Intermediate English Level, and University Concluded are desirable but not required.
