**Job Summary**

North American Production Sharing De Mexico Sa De Cv is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely production and delivery of materials ordered by our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Analyze customers' material requirements and respond to changes in a timely manner

• Enter and review customer purchase requests, maintaining accurate sales orders and distribution documents

• Coordinate with Shipping Department to ensure a manageable flow of outgoing goods

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues arising from requirement changes or material shortages

• Generate and send quote requests to suppliers, follow up for timely responses

• Review incoming orders to determine if raw materials need to be ordered and initiate purchase orders as necessary

• Coordinate and communicate raw material information for open orders

• Contact suppliers for status of timing and delivery of raw materials

• Maintain process for ensuring open raw material orders meet their requested due dates

**Requirements:**

• 2-3 years' experience in Customer Service or Purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with ERP system experience a strong plus

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and planning skills

• Self-starter who is flexible and a team player

• Outgoing, friendly personality

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
