About the Role:

As a Sales Specialist at Schreiber Foods, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability by developing and executing sales strategies that meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand programs and policies that meet customer needs.
  • Ensure comprehensive follow-through with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage customer relationships from initial contact through order fulfillment and resolution of any quality or service issues.
  • Build internal relationships and gain a deep understanding of key business processes to effectively communicate and execute to customer expectations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and referrals.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to sell products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Communicate results and opportunities through data-driven dashboards and metrics.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to internal departments to meet customer requests.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to ensure a thorough understanding of all product offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, as well as customer requirements.
  • Interpret and communicate customer requirements to production and support teams.
  • Establish and audit Standard Operating Procedures to define and monitor processes that meet customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or a comparable role, with a business internship.
  • Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and create customer value.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to take initiative.
  • Highly motivated to achieve financial results and engage customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Proficient in English.
