**Descripción del empleo**:
Se requiere un profesional para trabajar con clientes para garantizar la producción y entrega oportuna de materiales solicitados. Coordinar envíos de materiales procesados a clientes asignados y resolver cualquier problema que surja de cambios en las necesidades de los clientes, escasez de materiales, dificultades de fabricación y similares. Los clientes dependerán de esta persona como su contacto principal para fines comerciales una vez que se establezca un programa regular.
DUTIES:
Analizar las necesidades de materiales de los clientes en el contexto de los parámetros del sistema ERP, incluyendo niveles de autorización, plazos de entrega, cantidades mínimas de pedido y niveles de existencia de seguridad. Respondar a cambios en las necesidades de los clientes de manera adecuada comunicándose con personal de programación, envío y compras. Informar a los clientes cuando los cambios pueden y no pueden ser atendidos; trabajar con los clientes para obtener aviso anticipado de sus intenciones según lo establecido en el contrato previamente acordado.
Entrar y revisar solicitudes de compra de los clientes una vez procesadas por el sistema. Esta actividad implica ingresar y mantener órdenes de venta que reflejen la orden de compra del cliente.
Administrar documentos de distribución (solicitudes de envío) para garantizar la entrega oportuna de materiales de los clientes. Coordinar con el Departamento de Envíos para mantener un flujo manejable de bienes salientes.
Responder a solicitudes de información de los clientes de manera oportuna.
Realizar otras tareas asignadas o requeridas relacionadas con la entrega de materiales a los clientes de Shawmut.
Generar y enviar solicitudes de cotización a proveedores, seguir el seguimiento para respuestas oportunas
Análisis de materiales crudos y ordenes
Revisar órdenes de entrada para determinar si se necesitan materiales crudos y, si es así, iniciar órdenes de compra para ordenar los materiales crudos necesarios.
Ingresar la programación de materiales y POs en el sistema de PO para el seguimiento de entrega
Coordinar, seguir el seguimiento y comunicar información de materiales crudos para órdenes abiertas.
Contestar a proveedores para el estado de la programación y entrega de materiales crudos
Mantener el proceso para garantizar que las órdenes de materiales crudos abiertas cumplan con sus fechas de entrega solicitadas.
REQUISITOS DE CONOCIMIENTOS/DESTREZAS:
Collegiado.
2-3 años de experiencia en Atención al Cliente o Compras, dentro de un entorno de manufactura, un plus.
Capacidad para interactuar con todos los niveles y disciplinas de organizaciones internas y de proveedores, tanto nacionales como internacionales.
Habilidades de comunicación excelente, tanto verbal como escrita.
Habilidades organizativas, de multitarea y de planificación sólidas.
Persona proactiva que es flexible y un miembro del equipo.
Personalidad amigable y extrovertida.
Habilidades matemáticas y analíticas sólidas.
NIVEL DE EDUCACIÓN DESEADO:
Superior - titulado.
