Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Tenaris. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the sales plan, maximizing sales and revenues, and developing long-term relationships with customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Execute the sales plan under your scope, ensuring to maximize sales and revenues by enabling long-term relationships with each customer.
  • Coordinate development of sales objectives and strategies.
  • Coordinate with Marketing department the execution of defined marketing strategies and development of new ones, plus ensures development of sales objectives and pricing strategies defined with Inside Sales department.
  • Establish and manage client relationships.
  • Develop Long Terms Fidelity Program with the customer in order to achieve progressive higher services levels assuring Customer Satisfaction.
  • Gather client's new product and services requirements with Technical Sales department, evaluates their potential and supports during their development.
  • Participate in HSE objectives setting, define and implement programs and actions applicable to the area of responsibility for continual improvement of HSE performance.
  • Proactively motivate, coach, communicate with and develop your staff and manage HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protect from damage, theft or misuse of the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to your area.

Requirements

  • University degree in Industrial, Petroleum, Mechanical Engineer or related fields.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Data analytics skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial front end, supply chain, planning, operations or other related fields.
