**Job Summary**
The Inside Sales Engineer will be responsible for preparing quotes for instruments, spare parts, and services for the Measurement Solutions Business Unit at Copeland. This role requires reviewing customer specifications, data sheets, and DTIs to define the appropriate equipment for the application.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Review customer specifications and request for offer documents to ensure accurate quote preparation.
- Select equipment, spare parts, and services based on customer specifications and needs to provide optimal solutions.
- Prepare quotes for equipment and spare parts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Solutions area to develop new projects and provide technical support.
- Provide product and tools training for new employees and representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed.
- Offer technical support to Sales and Customers, utilizing various communication channels to resolve issues efficiently.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Chemical, Control and Automation, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience selecting and dimensioning Rosemount Measurement and Analytical instrumentation.
- At least 1 year of experience providing automation solutions based on application characteristics.
- Site service experience is not required but is desirable.
