Regional Account Manager Director

Drive business growth and profitability in the LATAM region by developing and executing strategic plans to expand FCM's presence and offerings in partner countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with partners and clients to drive business growth and loyalty.
- Negotiate and close profitable business contracts that meet FCM's goals and objectives.
- Evaluate and develop strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead the regional sales strategy to achieve financial growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Local Account Manager or Area Leader.
- Proven experience in the travel industry, with a focus on leisure or corporate travel.
- Experience leading teams with an incentive salary structure.
- Desired experience in LATAM regional management.
- Advanced English language skills.
