About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Associate II to join our team at Arrow Electronics, Inc. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers, sales support, and customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the Order to Invoice Process, including order entry and maintenance, managing inbound customer order formats, and setting up MyArrow accounts and PCPRCE 2 for contract pricing.
  • Support sales team with direct customer contact within Planned Demand and Quality assurance processes, including coordinating e-Compass and Forecast Response reports with Infosys.
  • Handle branch service requests, RMA, initiate CAR and FQR analysis, submit Customer Surveys, and correct post-delivery issues.
  • Assist Inside Sales with overall Quote to Order objectives, including loading SDT quotes under 50 line items and forwarding quotes in PDF format to Quote Center.
Requirements
  • Typically requires a 4-year degree and minimum 2 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
  • Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience.
  • Entry-level often for those with work experience in the skill area.
  • Fluent English and Intermediate Excel skills.
