Job Summary

This position is located in a manufacturing plant and is responsible for leading a team that drives end-to-end technical performance in the area of asset management, ensuring maximum value creation as part of the site's master plan.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the budget for all asset and facility-related spend for the site.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team and formalize long-term development and succession plans.
  • Manage capital expenditure projects according to global standards in coordination with suppliers, global functions, and operational streams.
  • Hold accountability for the engineering master plan and execute line and asset-related technical improvements in line with the company's asset management policies and global standards.
  • Lead the standardization of maintenance procedures, asset life cycle management, maintenance and reliability intelligence systems, and drive the digitization journey.
  • Manage the capabilities development plan of the team while aiming for world-class cost control, zero breakdowns, and ensuring permanent compliance with food safety, environmental, and quality measures.
  • Assure business continuity, lead the site's carbon footprint reduction program, and reduce energy costs through optimal use of utilities and technology.
  • Participate in technology platforms and share equipment-related knowledge to foster standardization and efficiency.
  • Oversee the execution of maintenance for utilities equipment, in line with suppliers' recommendations, global standards, and local legislation.
  • Oversee the execution of maintenance on facilities, ensuring people's safety and food safety on site.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in lean, TPM, six sigma, or similar operating systems.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing large teams (maintenance and engineering departments).
  • Understanding of all aspects of product manufacturing and operational protocols.
  • Experience in Project Portfolio Management.
  • Knowledge and experience of digital systems supporting maintenance and engineering.
  • Advanced conversational English.
