As a key member of the Burberry team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise will be essential in supervising sales teams, coaching associates, and implementing strategies to improve overall performance. You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop and retain talented employees, recognizing and rewarding performance through regular feedback and development plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sales associates to achieve sales goals and KPIs, providing real-time coaching and feedback to drive the Burberry Experience.
  • Drive sales for assigned categories, partnering with the Store Manager to develop sell-through strategies and train teams on category knowledge.
  • Manage customer flow to deliver exceptional service, setting the pace and standard for excellent customer experiences.
  • Partner with sales associates, specialists, and operations teams to drive partnership and collaboration on the selling floor.
  • Coach and develop associates, recognizing and rewarding performance through regular feedback and development plans.
  • Lead the integration of new joiners, delivering the Burberry Experience and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when necessary, maintaining a positive and harmonious work environment.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining a secure environment.
