Job Summary

Uber Freight is seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of customer support and logistics specialists for the Canada Transportation Management Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily activities of team members and ensure they meet performance goals
  • Schedule staff and distribute workload effectively
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer experience and team performance
  • Proactively generate and share ideas to enhance process efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Develop strong relationships across the organization and foster a positive team culture
Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation management, logistics, or supply chain
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or complete
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
