Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, leveraging your expertise in negotiation, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify client pain points and develop tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform client feedback and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the credit card industry.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1+ year of account management or sales experience.
