Global Client Onboarding Specialist

The Global Client Onboarding Specialist is an intermediate-level position responsible for providing operations support services to corporate banking clients. This role involves maintaining records, storing and retrieving documents, and performing account maintenance tasks in coordination with the Operations Core Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update knowledge base content to service client inquiries
- Execute work assignments, including annual review certification and change requests
- Serve as liaison to business for work assignments, asking fact-finding questions and following up on open items
- Conduct needs assessments and update content or develop solutions according to business requirements
- Research and seek out solutions to inquiries on knowledge base content and other open items related to business
- Monitor work progression to ensure completion of assignments by requested due date
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in corporate banking operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
