Builder Lead Converter is a leading Software With a Service (SwaS) company specializing in home builder lead generation and sales. Our mission is to empower our clients with cutting-edge technology and unparalleled support to transform their marketing, lead generation, and sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly client meetings to review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and confirm system functionality
- Address product-related queries promptly and provide timely solutions
- Train customers to effectively use our products and services
- Communicate customer feedback to developers to identify potential new features or products
- Report on product performance and propose solutions to reduce support costs
- Analyze customer needs and suggest upgrades or additional features
- Collaborate with the leadership team to win new business and increase sales
- Establish best practices through SOPs & Quality Assurance implementations
- Track client KPI scores to ensure continuous improvement
- Primary liaison between company and client
- Upsell additional services and products
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies, specifically High-level and WordPress
- Familiarity with software and front-end development
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer timely solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Tech, sales, and marketing savvy a plus
- Background in new home, remodeling, or real estate sales a plus
Additional Details:
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with a long-term US-based company. The position is virtual, and we encourage off-shore applicants to apply. Must have a good and stable internet speed bandwidth and possess their technical equipment. Working hours are 8 am - 5 pm CDT, Monday - Friday. Compensation includes a competitive hourly wage, paid time off, floating holidays, profit sharing, flexible schedule, performance-based bonuses, and team building activities.
