Your Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Success Specialist to join our team. As a Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding of Facebook advertisers, facilitating the pre-launch process, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Adhere to established processes to ensure successful onboarding of Facebook advertisers
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage CRM and task management data entry to ensure accurate reporting and record keeping
  • Facilitate internal communication with strong SLAs
  • Assist with client or internal billing questions and investigate tracking/billing discrepancies
  • Assist with finalizing monthly client ad spend
  • Collaborate with the editorial team on advertiser content approval

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience supporting client accounts or paid media in the digital marketing industry
  • Self-motivated to independently manage time and priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
  • Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with at least one of the following: HasOffers/Tune or mobile measurement partners like AppsFlyer, Singular, Kochava, etc.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience using analytics tools like Looker or Tableau
  • Familiarity with tracking integration, server-to-server postbacks, or iframe and JavaScript pixels
  • Available to travel as needed, approximately 1x a month
