**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Inventory Distribution Coordinator to join our team at General Motors. As an Inventory Distribution Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient distribution of GM products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Load and maintain specification tables to ensure accurate product distribution.
- Monitor production systems rejects to minimize losses and optimize inventory levels.
- Analyze the weekly order placement process to identify areas for improvement.
- Submit Free Orders on a balanced mix considering market demand to meet customer needs.
- Monitor inventory levels according to established bands for assigned allocation groups.
- Perform effective communication between Industry Analysis, Sales Operations, Marketing teams, and other functional areas as necessary.
- Generate and update spreadsheets used to determine Distribution Entity allocation and estimated shipment quantities for assigned allocation groups.
- Present monthly consensus and variance tracking information to Marketing teams, Production Control, at monthly meetings.
- Identify variances between order requirements and dealer consensus.
- Complete special assignments as requested by management.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar field.
- 2 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
- English (intermediate - advanced) language proficiency.
- Ms Office skills.
- Advanced level of Power BI and Excel.
