Sanmina Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering technical customer support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Analyze customer issues and determine the best course of action to resolve the problem
- Provide Level I support services, including password resets and system access administration
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge of technical products and services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in call center or customer service environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills and basic knowledge of printers, PC hardware, and software
- English language proficiency (80% spoken and written)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
