About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Director to spearhead our sales efforts in Latin America and the Caribbean. This is an exciting opportunity to lead top-line sales strategies for our properties across the region, driving revenue growth and expansion.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Revenue and Brand leads to develop robust commercial plans for all relevant properties, ensuring alignment with Ennismore's regional and global strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with property teams, conducting regular commercial reviews and providing strategic guidance to ensure successful execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales structures, recruiting key talent, including Directors of Sales and Assistant Directors of Sales.
  • Lead new openings within the region, overseeing pre-opening budgets, critical path execution, and the development of robust sales plans.
  • Educate Ennismore Sales teams and Accor sales teams on Ennismore brands, operating hotels, and opening pipeline.
  • Maintain high-value working relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in a senior sales role, preferably managing multiple all-inclusive resorts in Latin America and/or the Caribbean.
  • Multi-segment and multi-market experience essential, with a proven track record of guiding and directing sales teams across various key cities in LATAM and the Caribbean.
  • Strong knowledge of pre-opening processes and ability to ramp up hotels across the region.
  • Profound understanding of sports, media, entertainment, luxury, and lifestyle, as well as meetings and events in all-inclusive brands.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a passion for hotel sales and goal-driven approach.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
