Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our regional sales strategy in the LADM/LATAM market. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans that drive business growth and exceed targets.

About You
  • You have a proven track record of success in regional sales with at least 8 years of experience.
  • You possess excellent leadership skills and have a solid understanding of financial measures, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • You have a strong commercial background and are well-versed in customer relationship management and market dynamics.
  • You have experience working in a managerial role within the sales department of an automotive company.
  • You are knowledgeable about the LADM/LATAM Region and the automotive industry sector.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with dealers and importers to achieve sales objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and industry leaders.
  • Analyze sales data to monitor performance and plan future sales strategies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any escalated customer service issues.

Requirements
  • A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Commercial background (minimum 8 years).
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the sales department of an automotive company.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management.
  • Knowledge of the LADM/LATAM Region as well as the automotive industry sector.

  • A competitive salary range of $63,360 - $85,400 USD per year based on location.
