Customer Service Delivery Specialist

Ria is committed to delivering exceptional service and reliable remittance solutions to its global customer base. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Delivery Specialist to join our team at Ria Headquarters in El Salvador.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication and issue resolution;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues;
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues;
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, internet browsing, and email software;
  • Strong English language skills, enabling effective communication with clients via telephone;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
