About the Opportunity

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our IT Services and Support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to end-users on a wide range of products, tools, and services within the IT domain.
  • Follow established call flow and service request/incident handling processes, including verifying entitlement, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
  • Utilize technical resources and tools to answer end-user queries and resolve technical issues.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to product installation, updates, configuration, operation, or performance.

About You

We are looking for an individual with excellent logical reasoning, troubleshooting, and problem determination skills. You should have experience working in a global operations team and be proficient in Remote takeover tools, ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library), and ServiceNow or similar Incident Management Tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with an IT certificate/diploma.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Technical Service Desk agent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of networking, email tools, operating systems, and instant messaging platforms.
