Regional Sales Operations Leader

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Siemens Energy as a Regional Sales Operations Leader, where you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success in the Latin America region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional sales operations team to analyze and improve sales performance, identifying areas for growth and optimization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales processes, improve customer engagement, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions, leveraging data analysis and industry trends.
  • Manage and develop a team of sales operations professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations, strategy, or consulting, with a focus on the energy or power generation industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving sales performance, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
