Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Markem-Imaje, a Dover Corporation company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Mexican market.

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all sales processes, guiding distributors, and achieving sales targets in Mexico. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, customer relationships, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in Mexico.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver sales training and development programs for channel partners and customers.
  • Travel regularly to meet with customers, distributors, and channel partners to build relationships and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and achievement of sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners in both languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of sales growth and team management.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, customer relationships, and market trends in the electronics manufacturing industry.
