Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Solutions Associate to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our pre-sales support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding product pricing, services, and deal registrations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and expert advice to customers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
