Job Overview:

As a Sales Support Representative at Fastenal, you will play a vital role in assisting customers and driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with a strong interest in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with sales and customer service inquiries
  • Manage inventory levels and perform order fulfillment tasks
  • Receive and ship inventory, as well as perform deliveries using a company vehicle
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Possess or be working towards a degree in Business or Marketing, or have related industry experience and knowledge of the local market
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills and strong math aptitude
  • Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages that typically weigh 25-50 pounds
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possess a current full valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements
  • Possess a valid United States Visa
