At Ingram Micro, we're looking for a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Professional, you'll be responsible for selling our products and services to assigned territories, industries, or accounts. Your focus will be on lead qualification and prospecting, with a goal of acquiring new customers and retaining and growing our existing installed base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell or renew our products and services via telephone or electronic means
  • Generate prospective customers through cold calling and qualify and follow up with sales leads
  • Have thorough knowledge of our company's products, systems, and services
  • Represent the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities
  • Support back-end activities such as order processing, quotation generation, and delivery follow-up

Requirements:

  • Two-year college degree or equivalent experience and minimum five years' functional experience
  • HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum 8 years of functional including 4 years position-specific experience
