We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to lead our Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) team within the Content Licensing Center of Excellence at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic planning, financial analysis, and reporting to support business growth and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial information.
- Lead the FPA team in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, optimize financial processes, and drive business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, finance teams, and external partners.
- Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on financial planning, analysis, and reporting best practices.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
- Advanced knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting concepts, including EPM tools and processes.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, improving financial processes, and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
