Amazon is seeking experienced Operations Managers to lead our Fulfillment Centers (FCs) in Mexico. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving business objectives, developing and implementing process improvements, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement staffing plans, schedules, and quality initiatives to meet business objectives.
- Measure performance, provide feedback, and hold Area Managers accountable for their performance and departmental results.
- Leverage Operations and Area Managers to source and nurture ideas for process improvements.
- Ensure best practices are shared across departments, shifts, and the network.
- Work closely with support staff to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives.
- Address operational and personnel issues affecting the functional area.
- 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
