We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Planner to join our Client Services team at H Code Mexico. This individual will partner with the Sales and Account Management team to ensure seamless and strategic media planning while providing exceptional client service for advertisers, agencies, and internal clients.

About the Role

The Digital Sales Planner will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests pertaining to their advertising programs. This includes preparing sales proposals and client presentations, collecting and presenting research information, and providing clients with accurate information concerning rates, deadlines, technical specifications, and inventory availability.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide support and assistance in the development of winning media plans using strategic thinking while adhering to client RFP details, requests, requirements, and KPIs.
  2. Verify inventory availability through our internal sales process.
  3. Respond to questions from sellers regarding proposals, specs, collateral, customer service, research, and billing.
  4. Communicate ad specs and creative lead times while managing client expectations.
  5. Bridge communication from the Sales team to all pre-sales related departments, including sales planning, research, AdOps, etc.
  6. Maintain and upload media plans and keep proper organization within Salesforce for accurate revenue forecasting.
  7. Create internal insertion orders to adhere to sales operations processes.
  8. Attend and participate in planning kick-off calls.
  9. Work across functional teams, such as Account Management, Sales, Ad Operations, Marketing, and Content Studio, in the creation of client proposals, presentations, and media plans.
  10. Revise media plans based on client feedback.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of experience in media planning or client service role at an ad network, advertising agency, or large publisher required.
  2. Demonstrated proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  3. Bachelor's Degree required.
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work with a broad range of internal and external clients.
  6. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  7. Understanding of cross-channel media and rich media formats and video, including VAST, VPAID.
  8. Digital media industry experience preferred.
  9. Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
  10. This position is remote, so you will be expected to be a self-starter and provide detailed activity and performance of your daily requests.
  11. Proactive, energetic, and have excellent follow-through skills.
  12. Proven success with working in a fast-paced environment.
  13. Experience targeting Multicultural audiences is a plus but not a requirement.
