Strategic Sales Director for Latin America

As part of our dynamic team, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager LATAM who will be responsible for driving business development and client acquisition in the hospitality sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing company with a global footprint and contribute to its continued success.
This position will focus on creating and implementing a sales strategy to sustain rapid growth in LATAM, managing the entire sales cycle from market prospection to contract closing. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the Traveltech industry, with proven track record in contracting, new business development or sales. Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential, with a strong background in SaaS Sales being a significant advantage.
Key responsibilities include:
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the hospitality industry
• Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in LATAM
• Managing relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
